The finalists of the "AID Rapid Development Award 2019"
Here at Autonomous Intelligent Driving (AID), we have set out to build a self-driving system for the Volkswagen Group and beyond. Over the past few years, we have witnessed Formula Student Driverless teams shift their focus from solving the integration of an initial stack into a prototype car to the pursuit of higher speeds and lower lap times. Therefore, our special award will focus on the validation strategies you employ during the concept and development phase of your system. We are pleased to announce the following finalist.
AID Rapid Development Award 2019

- FSD München UAS – Car 413
- FSD München TU – Car 431
- FSD Zürich ETH – Car 433
The judging will be at Thursday the 8th of August in the Forum. Detailed time plan will be available soon. Judging for AID Special Award will be approximately 30mins.
It is not necessary or essential to bring the car with you but for sure it is welcome too.
