Resumé of Day 4

Category: Formula Student Driverless, Competition

The Driverless Dynamics kicked off on Thursday, with ETH Zurich successfully completing the first real lap of the Acceleration event. The rain was pouring, but this did not dampen the spirits as the crowds cheered at the achievement of the four teams who managed to put some times down on the track. The Skid Pad event followed, with some impressive first ever (and competitive) times from TU Hamburg and ETH Zurich. In parallel, the combustion and electric scrutineering was in full wing with a total of 23 teams completing and many other close behind. We expect to see a busy test track today as the combustion and electric teams prepare for their Skid Pad and the Driverless teams prepare for their final dynamic event, TrackDrive.
